As the name suggests - this facility is in the northern coastal suburb of Kinross - and is positioned close to shopping centres and parks. The single suite accommodation is light - airy and spacious - with split system air conditioning and well-appointed private ensuite bathrooms.

Residents enjoy an attractive - wide open central space - landscaped gardens - large well-shaded patio areas - covered walkways and bbq facilities for family gatherings or picnics. Three small comfortable sitting areas of 13m2 each throughout the building offer privacy and a pleasant place for residents to spend with family and visitors. There are four resident lounge areas of 25m2 - six dining rooms ranging from 17 to 13m2 and four activity rooms - one of 70m2 and three of 30m2 each.
