"Polish Community Care Services has been operating for 40 years across Victoria. We employ our own staff all of whom have undergone Police and reference checks. We provide services such as: ? Personal care and assistance with medications ? Dementia care ? Assistance with meal preparation ? Domestic Assistance ? Transport ? Gardening and home maintenance service ? Help with shopping ?
