The home is situated in the scenic Fleurieu Peninsula in the centre of the township with an adjoining Medical and Health centre. Shops are located within one kilometre of the home whilst health and community services are co-located. Yankalilla Centre was built in 2002 and is a high quality purpose-built single level residential aged care facility offering a home-like atmosphere in open plan accommodation for 64 residents (singles and couples) in low - high and respite care settings. The Yankalilla community aims to improve health and well-being through strong personal relationships - open learning and positive connections. Residents pets are welcome (subject to assessment).
