Currently all residents with dementia are free to wander the entire facility however if they need to be restricted for their own and - or others safety this can be enabled.

Prom Country House offers a wide range of additional care and services to its residents at no additional cost. This includes: full restaurant meal service including room service if required; a Mens Shed program; beauty care; a full program of leisure and lifestyle activities including regular bus trips and outings; weekly happy hour including cocktails; and participation in a weekly Relaxation - Sleep and Pain Therapy Program.
Additional Care Cost:
Prom Country House provides a telephone for each resident however the resident is required to pay for the cost of their calls. No line rental is payable. A range of other services are available for residents on a user pays basis. These include daily newspapers - a hairdresser and a massage therapist.
