These single rooms are our largest and newest rooms. They are apart of the most recent addition to the facility in 2015. The rooms are very similar to rooms 17-26. They do not have access outside - however they have lovely bush views towards the Donnybrook Health Campus. Plenty of wall space for hanging pictures or art and television.

There are a number of common areas at Tuia Lodge. These include the finction room where the majority of our celebratory events take place. Some examples include Melbourne Cup Day - Valentines Day and Christmas lunch etc. This space is also utilised for happy hours and carpet bowls. The function room is equipped with a large screen television and sound system with speakers and microphone capabilities to be utilised as required. We also have a fully equipped hair and beauty salon which is staffed by external hairdressers weekly. The activity room located centrally is used for exercise classes - allied health services and group activities including Qui Gong. This room opens onto our central sensory garden. The gardens are also used for a variety of activities (weather dependent). Tuia Lodge also has a newly refurbished - dedicated consulting room for GP visits. There are two (2) dining rooms where meals are served three times a day. Residents can choose to also have their meals delivered

Each room is equipped with all the same facilities as rooms 1-16 including R - C air conditioning unit and high quality electric bed - however these rooms do not have access to the outside of the facility. Cupboard space allows for television and en suite is larger.
