All single bedrooms rooms include a kitchenette and built-in robes and are furnished with an electric high - low bed in each room. Heater - lights and ceiling fans - telephone and television point are located in each room. There is air conditioning in the common areas. Floors are either carpeted or covered with a cushioned - non-slip vinyl. Ensuites include shower - vanity unit - and toilet and grab rails - and are tiled. A nurse call device is located in both the bedroom and ensuite bathroom for residents safety. All rooms have fire sprinklers. Each room has a patio or verandah access and the first floor offers 30 rooms with ensuites and balconies.

The facility is light and airy and includes lifts to the second level - a hairdressing and beauty salon - prayer room - activities room - outdoor barbeque and entertainment area - a well-maintained therapy garden - library and several communal lounge - sitting and dining areas.
