Each bedroom has built in robes and a separate ensuite with toilet and basin but shower facilities are shared. The facility is comfortable - family friendly and community focused. Residents are encouraged to bring their own items of small furniture and belongings to personalise their room.

All residents have access to a lounge room (56m2) with a large television and recreation room (120m2) where most of the activities in the facility take place. Meals are served in a central dining room and a fully equipped laundry is provided on site and serviced by staff.

Each room has an external sliding door providing access to the verandah and gardens surrounding the facility. Rooms have either a garden or rural outlook.
