Each room is freshly painted before moving in and fully carpeted windows look out onto grassed gardens or planted courtyards. Provision is made for TV services and all rooms have access to the Dutch TV channel BVN - picture rails are provided for personal art and photos. Residents are encouraged to bring in some of their own memorable furniture and ornaments to give a "gezellig" feel.This home is slightly older than our other homes but still attracts the same ambiance and high standards expected of the "Dutch".

Dining and living facilities are set up in "small household sizes" to suit 15-20 residents with their own kitchenette and sitting room facilities - this gives each of our Elders a more homely feeling. Dutch decor surrounds you with many of the characteristic knotted rugs and Delft Blue ornaments adorning the walls. Elders dine at clover leaf type table settings - large flat screen TVs are located in the living areas screening favorite classical movies - concerts and general TV shows. Elders can relax in comfortable care specific furniture upholstered in fabrics toning with the room decor.

The facility has been architecturally designed to best cater for the needs of our Elders including wide passages and doorways - making it easy for elders and staff alike using appropriate lifting machines and movable recliners. En-suite bathrooms are set so elders can cater to their own needs but large enough for staff to provide assistance where and when necessary. Modern fittings are provided throughout.
