You will recall that we addressed many of these issues elsewhere. You are entitled to extra meal choices with our on-site chefs. You are able to have extra activity choices. These include: shopping trips - movie visits - manicures - coach trips and a huge range of internal activity options. There is also our new gardening program. We also have in-house physiotherapy services - full podiatry services and access to a range of allied health service practitioners. Above all else - appropriate additional care staff hours are in place to ensure that your care needs are met. Further - superior brand toiletries are in place for your day to day use. And a range of specialised equipment is available if required. It is also worth remembering that around October next year we will be opening our high and palliative care wing. Normal telephone services are paid by the resident. While Foxtel is free in the Manors theaterette - you may wish to connect up your own. If Foxtel is connected within the room - you are responsible for the cost. If you go on a coach trip you will be asked to pay the cost. Finally - hairdressing costs are also met by you.
