Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a refundable deposit - a daily payment or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum amount. A daily payment accrues daily and is paid periodically - for example monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payments.

Room Description:
Generous single en-suited room. Rooms are air conditioned and have electrically adjustable beds. Each of the bedrooms at Strathearn Village has a built-in wardrobe - and windows affording good natural light and overlooking gardens. The bathrooms are equipped with an easy access toilet - a basin - an accessible shower unit - wide access door - and a nurse call outlet. Residents are also encouraged to bring their own furniture with them - to help personalise their bedrooms and make them feel comfortable. All the bedrooms at Strathearn Village have an ongoing maintenance program to ensure that they are in good condition for residents.

Common Area Details:
Strathearn Village has a number of common areas and facilities that are available for residents to utilise. Access to the outdoors which includes a private courtyard with furniture and a range of garden plants - and the expansive front lawn. Strathearn Village is all single-storey and has no stairs to resident areas. All areas of the home are accessible with wide corridors and call points located throughout the home.
