Room Description:
2 bed room with a shared ensuite which is shared by 2-4 residents. Each bed area is separated by privacy screens and has wardrobe and bedside cupboard. Electronic hi-low beds with static pressure relieving mattresses is provided. The rooom has adequate space for each occupant to bring with them a comfortable armchair (which will need to meet our occupational health and safety requirements). Rooms have a small sitting area with window.

Large screen televisions are provided in all communal lounge areas. Cooinda Lodge has a designated smoking area for residents who wish to smoke. A large activity - dining and sitting room flows onto an attractive north facing outdoor room adjoining the newly landscaped garden with a meandering path and water feature. An additional open veranda offers residents the opportunity to soak up the picturesque views.
