These high quality rooms are spacious and come complete with large en-suite. The rooms include an electric high low adjustable bed with a quality mattress or pressure relieving mattress if required - bedside table - large built in wardrobe - occasional table - bench and a lockable drawer for valuables. Each room has individual reverse cycle air conditioning and comes with a 140L fridge - freezer. All premium rooms have a nurse call point including in the en-suite - land line telephone capability - tasteful fabric curtains - the availability for a direct television link to view church services from the Greek orthodox church of St George. Foxtel including Greek specific channels is freely available in all common areas of the facility. All premium rooms have access to a central common courtyard with garden umbrellas and is a pleasant area for residents to sit quietly or socialize with family and friends.

The lounge rooms are situated on the ground and first floor - both have large LCD flat screen T.Vs - Foxtel including Greek channels - DVD player - stereo - both areas are fully air conditioned and have pleasant outlooks. The ground floor lounge room is 23m2 with the first floor lounge area 16m2. Both areas have comfortable seating and are well utilized by residents. There are two dining areas available to residents of St Nicholas Hostel - again on the ground and first floors. The ground floor dining area is 36m2 with the first floor dining area 42m2. Both areas are pleasantly designed with ample seating for everyone. Meals are delivered freshly made from the onsite kitchen.
