All rooms in this facility are single rooms spread over three levels. Each room comes with standard fitting consists of one private ensuite (around 4.4 m2 footprint) equipped with its water closet - hand-wash basin and shower space which is big enough for the manoeuvre of wheelchair and full body lifter; one clinical bed capable of declining to desired angle electronically to the comfort of the resident and a nurse bell for assistance call to the aged care staff; a hot and air-con unit with inverter; a multi-layer cupboard - a side table and a bed room chair. Over-bed table is supplied to resident in need. Each room is well-lighted and has a window overlooking the garden or green scenery of Castle Hill area. The room is ready for TV - telephone and computer connection for resident who needs extra amenities with their own equipment supply. Each level of the building is wi-fi enabled.

At each level - there are common areas for easy access of residents.
