Nanyima has 50 individual bedrooms in good condition. There are two large dining areas and numerous lounge areas for residents to rest - read or entertain their visitors. Each resident has the privacy of a single room - their own ensuite and external views. Their rooms are situated around a modern landscaped courtyard with gazebo and barbecue as well as a large multipurpose room for a variety of activities.

Nanyima boasts all individual rooms and ensuites for residents. A number of these have access to an adjoining room to accommodate for couples. A large central courtyard has been rebuilt and replanted in 2014. The courtyard has a barbecue area - gazebo and water features creating a number of shaded outdoor areas suitable for the elderly who prefer outdoors. A multipurpose room built in 2014 for daily organised programs has been designed to meet the individual needs of residents. There is a Media room available for use by residents. Tea making facilities for visitors to share with residents are available. The Residents dining rooms x 2 are both air conditioned as is each of the lounge areas - activity and media rooms.
