Heated private ensuite - 4.6m2 - with large shower - toilet - basin and vanity.

Common Area Details:
Modern and large open plan dining - lounge and kitchenette with access to large undercover deck. The lounge area is furninshed with comfortable lounge chairs and ottoman - coffee tables and a whiteboard for activities - a stocked bookcase with books - magazines - movies and music. There are two TVs - one located in the lounge and the other in the dining area. Residents sit at any of the four dining tables - furnished with tableclothes and a centrepiece. The kitchenette has tea and coffee making facilities for residents and visitors and a communial fridge. Tea - coffee - milo and biscuits are available at all times. The sundeck has an extensive outdoor table and chairs for residents to utilise. There is access from this deck via a ramp to the residents garden.
