Bethel has 85 single rooms with private ensuites - including 20 dementia specific rooms. All the rooms are in very good condition - with excellent paint work and quality floor coverings. There are some interconnecting rooms (subject to availability) and respite rooms are available on request. Rooms are furnished with the essentials but you are welcome to personalise your room to make you feel at home. We encourage you to bring in some of your favourite things such as your paintings - pictures and other favourite items that will make your room feel homely. Bethel is located in the picturesque town of Albany in WAs Great Southern region. Built into the side of a hill - the facility offers spectacular views over the town. You can choose from several different garden areas to relax in plus theres a BBQ area - which visiting friends and family are welcome to use. We feature a number of common areas - including a large function room complete with a pool table and other areas including a sun room that also offers great views. The central common area is an ideal setting where residents can enjoy their meals with family on special occasions. The four levels of the building are all accommodated under one roof and accessible by lifts and stairs. A single room with pleasant outlook is used for palliative care - where families can choose to stay with their loved ones. Providing tasty meals is also a key feature of all Baptistcare residential facilities. Our own qualified chefs prepare all meals onsite daily using fresh ingredients. You will be offered a range of options for each meal and we can cater for any special dietary requirements you may have. Menus are changed regularly to take advantage of in-season fruit and vegetables.
